A Reasonable and Plain Language Use Agreement

This use agreement wasn’t written by a lawyer. It was written by a human who believes that good information, shared early, can help you prepare smarter.

That said, by using the information provided in The CP Journal's Watch Office emails, in the Tactical Analysis Course, or any other resource on the site, whether you're reading it, sharing it, or acting on it, you’re agreeing to a few ground rules:

1. You’re Part of the Process

We use AI to help gather and sort through large volumes of information in our Watch Office emails. But every newsletter is reviewed and shaped by a human before it’s published. We believe this human-AI blend helps surface useful insights faster.

Still, that’s only one layer of validation. You, the reader, are the next. If you use the information, you’re agreeing to apply your own judgment too.

2. This Isn’t Comprehensive

We highlight trends, signals, and noteworthy events, but we don’t claim to cover every possible risk or development. By reading a Watch Office email, you acknowledge that there may be things we miss.

3. It’s Not Perfect

Every analysis we share is based on the best information we can access at the time. We aim to be accurate, but forecasts change, new details emerge, and interpretation is always a human act. You’re agreeing to use this as one source, but not the only source.

4. Verify Before You Act

This website and its products are a tool, not a directive. If you're making operational, organizational, or personal decisions based on anything we share, you're agreeing to double-check the facts and verify them through your own processes.

5. Sources Have Limits

We rely on public sources like news outlets, government websites, and open data. These aren’t always complete, objective, or free from political influence. That means our analysis is only as good as the information it’s based on. By using it, you acknowledge there’s always a margin for error.

Legal Stuff (Still Written by a Human)

The information provided by The CP Journal is offered “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We’re not liable for any loss, damage, or decision made based on the content we share. By reading or using this newsletter, you agree to these terms.
